Airtel can launch Android based Smart Set-Top Box tomorrow, can offer LED TV for free
New Delhi, Tech Desk. Jio Fiber was announced at Reliance's 42nd AGM meeting held last month. In this, it was announced to provide users with free set top boxes as well as smart 4K or HD LED TVs. Jio Fiber users will be given these facilities free of cost under the welcome offer. According to the recent reports about the Jio Fiber plan, users will be offered 2 months free connection under the preview offer. Since the announcement of Reliance Jio, other telecom companies have been sleepless. In such a situation, Jio's main rival company Airtel can also provide its users with Airtel V Fiber with Smart Set Top Box and Free LED TV for free.
Actually, Airtel can announce its plan tomorrow i.e. on 2 September. There are speculations that Airtel may offer a better set top box than Jio. In this, users will get support for digital entertainment and high speed broadband. This set top box will be Android based, which can be offered with the integrated plan of Airtel V Fiber.
Free HD LED TV
To challenge Reliance Jio, Airtel can also offer free HD LED TV to its Airtel V Fiber users under an integrated plan. There are speculations that Airtel has fully prepared to compete with Jio. From mobile service to broadband service and DTH service, Airtel has created a full proof plan, so that its userbase does not get disturbed.
Integrated Billing Service
Let us tell you that Airtel has recently launched Integrated Billing System for its users in Chandigarh, Madhya Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh Telecom Circle. It can soon be implemented in other telecom circles of the country as well. This integrated billing system of Airtel can challenge Reliance Jio's One Plan for All.
OTT services can also be accessed
Android based set-top box users can also be given access to premium OTT content. In this, many online video streaming services, interactive games can also be provided with Airtel TV. At the same time, the minimum speed of Airtel V Fiber can also be increased from 60 Mbps to 100 Mbps.
