Like Pixel 3 smartphones last year, leaks are peaking for the next Pixel 4 series. Google itself had shared a preview of the back of the phone in June, but as the date comes Expected release, somewhere in October, we are flooded with rumors on the Internet. The latter refers to the color variants of the device.
Photos of what appears to be the Pixel 4 XL have appeared online on Reddit showing the Black and White colors side by side. From what we can see in the images, the black variant for the device has a glossy finish, while the white option seems to have a matte finish.
The front of the phone is also visible in the photos and it seems that the device will not come with the horrible notch that the Pixel 3 XL had. The phone seems to have a large top bezel and a small chin that looks a bit small to house a speaker unit, like the one seen on the Pixel 3 XL. The back of the phone has the same square camera housing as the one seen in the official Google preview in June. On September 9, according to a leak found in Weibo and first detected by Android Central, a device was found that was the Pixel 4 in an extremely bright orange option. You can see the square camera case on the top left and a Google logo on the bottom of the phone. Last year, the company launched additional 'No pink' color options along with regular 'Just Black' and 'Clearly White'.
