Samsung has quietly announced the Galaxy A50 and the Galaxy A30 in India. The two new Galaxy A series phones are updated versions of the Galaxy A50 and Galaxy A30 that were launched in India earlier this year. The A50s and A30s offer new designs, an updated triple camera system and faster processors than their predecessors. The new Galaxy A50 and A30 are now listed on the official website of Samsung India.
The price and availability of the Galaxy A50 and A30 have yet to be announced by the company. The website listed the two smartphones together only with their RAM variants. The Galaxy A50 is available in 4 GB and 6 GB of RAM, while the Galaxy A30 is listed with 4 GB of RAM. Samsung will probably announce the prices and details on the availability of the two new phones soon and we will update this story as we get news.
Samsung Galaxy A30s specifications
The Galaxy A30s sports a 6.4-inch HD + Super AMOLED Infinity-V. The resolution has been downgraded by FHD + on the Galaxy A30. Just like the A50s, the Galaxy A30 is also equipped with an in-display fingerprint sensor. It is powered by an Exynos 7904 octa-core chipset combined with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal memory with support for storage expandability up to 512 GB via microSD card.
The triple camera configuration on the back has been updated to offer a 25 megapixel f / 1.7 main camera, a 5 megapixel depth sensor and an 8-megapixel ultra wide-angle camera. Like the A50s, the A30s also house a 4,000 mAh battery and support a fast 15 W recharge compared to type C. The Galaxy A30 and A50 have a diagonal design on a shiny back panel. The A30s will be available in Prism Crush Black, Prism Crush White and Prism Crush Violet color options.

The Galaxy A50s offers a 6.4-inch FHD + Super AMOLED Infinity-U display (1080x2340) and supports the in-display fingerprint sensor. It is powered by an Exynos 9610 chipset associated with up to 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory with support for microSD cards.
The Galaxy A50s also has a triple configuration of the updated camera on the back that now includes a 48-megapixel main camera, an ultra-wide 8-megapixel camera and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. The A50s houses a 4,000 mAh battery and supports a fast 15 W recharge on Type C.
